Cleaning supplies and equipment will be provided by us. This includes all floor machines and vacuums. Any preferred products must be discussed prior to service.
2. Trash liners, hand soap, hand sanitizer, hand paper towels, and toilet paper will be supplied by the client. Paper products are only refilled upon request.
3. Our cleanliness guarantee. We provide quality cleaning service maintenance with a 24-hour “happiness guarantee.” If there is a task you are not completely happy about, please inform our company immediately. We will rectify the matter accordingly.
4. “Clean Ready” policy enforced. Your building is expected to be as such when we arrive.
a) All personal and confidential information including open laptops and documents should be closed and/ or put away.
b) Clear floors: no clutter or personal belongings that may inhibit our ability to clean in a timely manner.
c) You must have electricity and running water.
Exceptions for policy will be discussed prior to service.
5. Keys and alarm codes. If a client is not present at the time of service, it is imperative our company has access to your commercial office building with entry keys or a personalized alarm code. We promise not to copy any keys. We promise not to “mark” or “tag” keys with your company’s name or business location. We promise not to give any keys to non-staff people. We promise to always keep all keys in a safe location. If any keys are lost or stolen, we will inform you immediately. If necessary, we will pay for rekeyed locks and new sets of keys for all staff. In the event of this contract’s termination, we promise to return all keys to the commercial office building.
6. Our lockout policy. If we cannot enter your office at the time of service, you will be charged a $25 lockout fee. This would include if a key was not assigned to our company or left for us to enter; if no one allows our staff to enter; or if the alarm was set and we could not enter. This amount will be added as an extra charge to your invoice.
7. Holidays and inclement weather policy. If your scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday, we will make our best effort to rearrange the schedule to accommodate your commercial office building’s cleaning. We observe the following holidays and do not typically perform cleaning services: New Year’s Day, President’s Day Dr. King’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. For dangerous weather conditions, we will reschedule all our clientele as best as possible.
8. Additional liability concerns. We do not de-clutter unless previously discussed with the client. We do not perform repair work. We do not lift or move heavy furniture. We do not receive or sign for delivered packages. We do not let unauthorized people into the building. We do not answer phones. We do not wait for any arrivals of any sort. We do not remove an excessive amount of trash unless previously specified in the cleaning tasks above. Notify us first of any additional tasks you may require that are not listed on the agreed upon checklist, and we may be able to accommodate or outsource.
9. Cleaning Limits. This contract stipulates the exact cleaning tasks that will be provided. We will not perform post-construction cleaning services without prior approval. We will not perform cleaning services for any space ADDED ON without prior approval.
10. Damage or stolen property policy. If an item is damaged by our staff, we will replace the item as soon as possible. Either we will purchase a replacement or reimburse you when you replace the item. When an item is discovered missing and it is assumed that our staff was responsible, please inform us immediately. Our first step will be to collect all details from you and from our staff. Our next step is to investigate the matter further even to the point of involving our insurance company and the local authorities. Your trust is important to us and so is the integrity of our cleaning service business. We take damage and stolen property seriously.
11. Before and after photos. With your permission, we would like to take pictures of before and after scenarios highlighting our work. This may include but is not limited to floor cleaning, window cleaning, carpet cleaning, and/or restroom cleaning. WE PROMISE to never reveal the name of your business, your location, or photograph anything personal such as personal photos, your business affairs, private documents, etc. All photos will be owned by us and are for promotional purposes only.
